This is income tax calculator in excel format. (Requirement: MS Excel installed in your PC)

1.       Download free this Calculator form the link given on this page.

2.       You will get .xlsx file.

3.       After download click on worksheet ‘ Intro’ and fill all detail like Name, Designation, House rent allowance, insurance, LIC  etc in ‘Yellow’ Cells. (Do not print this ws, this is only for calculation). Figure given below.

1.       Now, click on worksheet ‘Salary’ fill your Basic Pay + Grade Pay, GPF, GIS, vehicle loan etc as required.

2.       Edit other ‘Yellow’ Cells if not satisfied with pre-defined values. (This sheet is also for calculation so, please do not print this sheet )

1.       Now click on worksheet ‘statement’. You will see that your salary statement sheet will prepare automatically. Now print this sheet on A4 size paper. 

    Similarly click on worksheet ‘Tax’ and print (Not required to edit any cell’). This is ‘Perform for calculation of income tax’.

     Now click on worksheet ‘form 16’, edit all yellow cell if required & print this printable form.

भाग-1 कुल आय
कुल आय में व्यक्ति के सभी वेतन तथा भते ( इसमें किसी प्रकार का TA/DA शामिल नहीं किया जाता लेकिन GPF & PPF को छोड़ कर सभी प्रकार की जमा राशियों पर जो ब्याज मिलता है , उसकी गणना की  जाती है . डाकघर का भी 3500 रूपये तक का ब्याज छोड़ा जायेगा ) पेंशन , पारिवारिक पेंशन तथा अन्य सभी प्रकार की आय शामिल होती है .
नई  पेंशन स्कीम के तहत सरकार की ओर से खाते में डाला गया योगदान जो वेतन का अधिकतम 10% होगा वह ........
